Does that body fit on the stock tabs?

Steve 07-05-2003 08:42 PM

It's oh so freakin' close. As is, the front is in, and the back is just resting on the rear tab..the motor tab screw is up under the bumber so it would probably go, but it would be TIGHT! I don't think I'd ever get it off. The front bumber is only held on with glue, so if I forced it trying to get the back in, it might pop off. I'll see if I can get pics up...

where did you get those skinnys for the front?

Steve 07-05-2003 09:26 PM

hehe they aren't. They're just the Zip wheels without any hubs or tires. I just sanded the flange off. It doesn't turn all that well under power, which is a good thing, and it saves on weight too.

Yep, Kit gears. I did it that way because those fat tires aren't all that soft, spins out with other gears. It really does move with dual cells. You just dont want to turn! I need to find some softer tires for it. But I sure like the look!

Steve 07-09-2003 04:51 PM

Any paint program will do (PaintShop, Photoshop), but if all you want is a quick and simple utility, follow the link. It's free, and it works.
