That doesn't even exist. I think you were thinking of the Sunbeam Tiger, which is commonly called "the poor man's Shelby" because it uses a Ford-derived 289/302 (don't remember which one, but they are the same engine block, the 302 just has either a longer stroke or bigger bore, can't remember which), which was also used in Shelby Mustangs, and it uses the same V8-in-a-small-car formula the Cobra did.
