i was asking you about the cups from RS.

craftsman's email...wjhecox@yahoo.com

after giving a couple people his email on the board, i thought he would offer me a discount. :(

Thanks. Yes, the cups are probably shipped 3 day ground as well. I dunno, I purchased them yesterday (3/3) and I'll let you know when I get them.

newbitowner 03-04-2004 11:37 PM

they're not on backorder anymore? you won't get them for atleast 3 weeks if they're on backorder.

Jshwaa 03-05-2004 05:50 AM

They never said anything about "back-order". I think alot of RS's supply got replenished. My location had AWD kits in. And that's saying alot. We didn't have them for over a month.

many of the RSU stuff got backordered, some for over 3 months. dunno what's up with that

guess they cannot meet the demand, thats why they need to make upgraded parts.

Like CF shafts, aluminuim cups, different motors(better than S2), racing PCB's(different FET's stacked, etc.)aluminuim cups, etc.

lol, you said aluminum cups twice. Anyway, I do agree radioshack should make more upgrades. Tiny, you should start making parts.

Lol yeah I did. :D

Guess I was thinking about cups.

I think there should be a reasonably priced supply of these products.

I mean some places are acquiring cups, chassis's, batteries or making them and then selling them for 4 times what they would cost.
I can understand time spent and all that. Heck I am a artist also and also getting into Blacksmithing, knife making etc.
Always you never get what your worth, but if you buy it for $3 then sell it for $16, a profits one thing but thats just straight gouging, buy for $3 and sell for 6-9, I think thats more like fair play.:D
