Car-100 compatibility list

1 Attachment(s)
If anyone needs to know about Car-100 compatibility here goes.
Compatibility was tested with components from bitcharg, shen qi wei and a variety of clones.

Motors: YES.
Took all test engines with a slight mod: one of the terminals in the engine bay needed prizing in a little, since the Car-100 motor has extra length from a huge base terminal. Once this was done, the engine bay was fully compatible with all test engines

Suspension: YES, but the mounting holes on the car-100 needed drilling out slightly. Once done, Car-100 could use all test suspension bars.

Rear axels, front wheels, tyres: YES

Gears, steering components: YES.

Batteries: NO. The Car-100 SUCKS power, it uses a 160mAh batt. I haven't actually tried the 50 or 80mAh hour batteries in the Car-100 yet. I expect they might not even power the board, and if they do work will have woeful running time.

Heat Sink: NO.

Shell: Not a hope in hell (Car-100 chasis too long).

Picture shows 4.2 clone engine in Car-100 engine bay. Note angle of terminal - it has been bent forward since the clone motor is too short.
