sun fire- dont critisize him. if you dont want to buy it, then dont say anything. let him sell it if he wants.
LOL i actually have nfsu.
but thats besides the point. thanks for sticking up for me |
I don't think hes trying to be mean, just trying to help, I must admit its not bad for a 12 y/o, if he was 18 i would say don't quit your day job, but he shows promise. that said i think you should consider makeing it a little smaller, unless you can't. I personally don't want one beacuse i am tired of the riced out xmods and prefer my stock skyline.

Heres My Roof Scoop, just Plastic from Xmod Boxes.. Btw Its Was Added Between The Top And Clear Coat Layers
is it functional?
at the moment no, my xmod has no need for a cooling system, atleast not yet
whats that thing coming out of the exaughst? It looks like a little flame.
yea their lego flames, just until i hook up some LEDs
cool. thats a good idea
that's a great idea. i'll see what i can work out too
I reccomend makit it out of sheet metal and also cutting a hole in the body to actually make the scoop serve its purpose
xmodsman,
keep up the great work. when i need a roof scoop, I will contact you. at this time, all 4 of my xmods are sitting on the shelf untill my parts come in. (stupic plastic stock parts) -shiporu |
Dude...............
OK for maximum realism you only have to do ONE thing like the monster said.......it should only be about as big as a sunroof.. or smaller! one other thing is you should make the hole only about big enough to slip a dime into. it shouldnt be open that much other wise it looks like a machine gun garrison. anydangway.... your doing good you just need to size down your scoup. other than that nice job...really brings out the qualities of a nice Tuner of some sort.
it looks cool but i think it would look cooler on a skyline if the scoop looked smaller
the way i see it, all you guys are giving your personal pefrence. some people like big roof scoops, others may not. Xmodman, for a 12 yr old, keep up the pace dude. First off you needa clean up the area around it to make it smoother. if you want, you should make more sizes for diffrent perfrences. make them accordingly to coins, such as nickels dimes and quaters. how about you just ask people how big they want them, then make it for them. i would take one for 3 bucks. becuase its just a scoop, its not like you installing it. plus i might need a cooling system beucase i like to run mine a long time.very very nice idea tho. i would like to get intouch with you to talk about the roof scoops
