How do you make the holes in the foam? Also how do you guys cut the foam so that when you store your chasis the wheels also fit in the foam? An x-acto knife?

yeah an exacto knife would work... for the battery holes I used a pencil

found this at walmart in sporting goods... works great and cost less than ten bucks four slide outs with compartments lotsa storage :)

also found these at walmart in craft dept great for small parts

they are called craft keepers 2 bucks for ten :)
