o tell me about it. i work at some amusement park during the summer. my job was ass easy tho and my supervisor always covered for us and let us do what we want. but you meet the dumbest people on earth there man. this one guy asked me which way the boat goes...if u look at teh flume the boat can only go 1 way, plus he'd been looking at me load people and sending the boats off the deck for like 10 minutes. then i get an idiot who asks me where my ride is after he gets off.

but yea, if it's the managers fault they should find some competent ones instead of dumb ones.

Look at the big man talk! Way to prop up your kind there. Commissions and spiffs are stupid for retail stores, they pressure too many salesmen into pressuring customers. It's way too uncomfortable and causes too much tension than it helps. I hate going into RS's because the employee's hover over you and never give you any space. Some even try to sell me stuff that I wasn't even looking at, like freakin' cell phones. At least the smarter companies are starting to figure that out, like Circuit City. They would actually make more money since the employees' wages would be fixed and lower or even better yet get some lower prices for once (I mean $20 bucks for 4 AAA rechargeable batteries, when you can just buy the XMODS charger and 8 AAA rechargeables for $25??? Come on, just that is blatantly showing how they were ripping customers off). It kinda sucks for the older people that need to support a family but they really shouldn't be selling merchandise anyways, especially nowadays where consumers are as informed about products as ever (heh, there's still auto sales at least).
