Why the enclosed case? Is it water resistant?

Is anyone familiar with the old STOMPERS trucks? They were slow but could climb anything. If these trucks are like that but remote control...hehehehe - awesome!

just got mine yesterday

i like the remote - its fatty - mines slow too - is the motor a 1.6? what would it do with a nos motor? im already thinking of a dual cell conversion - i think id lose the lifting arm - either that or the other cells goin in the bed - can the third channel be used to power something else? like lights?

i dont like the plastic front wheels either but its still really cool - weird japanimation style body is awesome

motor testing

with the wild charg - i think the RS nos motor is the best combo - a little faster than stock - i tried a pinkslip - a orange endbell from KIT racer and a 2.2 stock - ive got like 4 yellow endbell motors that i think are all 2.2s but ive got too many motors now to remember the diff - but nos is decent speed - still not all that fast

bc24m needs to be done
b45m what freq is yours

also the lifting arm is driven by a white endbell motor? 1.0 im guessing - its soldered on - i wonder what a 2.2 or somethin else would do in there - just dont want to solder motors in - im sure it would be nice with dual cells - just where to fit the other cell - it can carry a AA battery with no problem (just doesnt steer all that well)
