Hey guys,I haven't posting here for a while, midterms 'n' such.
What fuzzy2cell says about adding a cell then removing it may actaully be , as hard as it is to believe. If you havethe original caps on the car, adding the cell will charge the cap, which is somewhat like a very small battery, empasis on SOMEWHAT. After you remove the battery, the cap will still hold the charge, and when you add the original batteries back into the circuit, the remaining voltage inside the cap will give you a added voltage. Now the problem is that this effect is VERY, VERY limited, since the rating of the cap can be seen as the "capacity" of this "battery", so any gains you see will be small, UNLESS....... :D you use a BIGGER cap!! :p :p (if you plan on doing this mod, make sure you know the difference between a polarized cap and a unpolarized cap, this is VERY important, otherwise you car may :blift: off the ground when your cap explodes(seriously!!:()) |
oh. ok. well, i found out that it does not have the power of a 5 cell cause I stuck a 5th cell in the car, and raced it on the treadmill.

anyone else? ok. heres another one i found on the forums. For deep dish rims, first:
1) Remove lug nuts from wheels 2) Pull wheels off 3) Turn wheels around so the part you normally see is facing in 4) Put wheels back on in "Deep dish" form 5) Put lug nuts back on In other words, turn the wheels around To widen the wheels, just put washers between the wheels and the bearings |
