Micro,

Actually, this chassis has no suspension bar. It's got springs.
Notice too, that I shaved down the front suspension bar holder
just a little. With springs, you could shave off the holders completely and get even more clearance.

Watch out.. You can get too low! If you do, you run into lots of problems with wheel rub, steering could be affected, body hitting the ground and all that good stuff.

It's better to shave off a little at a time until you get the best ride hieght. It's a lot easier to take a little more off than to try to put some back!

Like I said before, the back end isn't lowered at all. But if you follow my how-to, you can drop that too!

One thing: At first I just removed the bar. No springs or anything. It drove like cr*p. You need some kind of suspension.

i have soem springs from hobby town from the slot car section but they are hard to cut the right height

i'm triing to get them to sit the same hight now

Beter paint that Bb blue saying white and blue look tight thogether and add a muscle machines blower and that will be a tight ride. I show you pics when I get home.
