nomad, if you are gonna go with a ff glider conversion, you should use the n20, right now i'm busy with college, but when i have the time i'm gonna build me a MOTH

thats the sight the planes from if you translate it it says that he never got it to fly

nomad 07-19-2003 09:13 PM

when I tried to translate it, it didn't work right.
if he never got to fly it, it could still work.
I saw some videos of someone's plane flying that looks like the one from that site.

hey guys,
i have made a free flying bit plane using 2 150mah nimh cells, a motor from a motor works car and zipzap blue gearing. on a stick plane that i made, kindof like a rubberband plane. flies level and will even climb. the next step it to make it rc with throtle control and rudder control. just hope it will fly with the extra weight of the rx.

Thats not a problem at all that you brought it back to the top. A lot of people probably didnt see this before

Daisycutter 08-08-2003 12:21 AM

Vinny,
the RX weighs 1.8 grams, hope that helps :)

vinnyg 08-08-2003 10:40 AM

thanks

thanks daisy cutter, i thought it weight more than that. i just have to get some light wire cus the wire that i have is too heavy. do you know where i can get some small light flexible wire?
im also trying to do a harbor freight free flight lightnening conversion with an e charger motor and 3 nimh's. i am using this rx from a clone. it is the simplest and lightest rx i have ever seen. when i measured the voltage drop from the battery to motor outputs, it was only .013 volts!
thanks again
