yo i'd be like "just cuz it's not insured doesnt mean you can drop an anvil on my package u piece of $hit. i thought u guys could deliver a package without ruining it so there was no need to insure it. but apparently you guys dont realize that smashing someone's package into 2/3's of it's original size is your fault which is why you should compensate for it." then be like "so basically you crush every non insured package so that next time the person will make sure they waste more money and insure their package so you can make more money right?"

i think u should just go POSTAL on them .!. tell them THATS NOT THE WAY THIS IS GOIN DOWN .!.DEMAND A REFUND ..THE COUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.!.JUST BE VERY LOUD AND ASSURTAVE.!. if u want i'll come down there and MAKE THEM PAY!!!;)

I bet the reason they want you to get it insured is because the workers there are retarded, and when they touch something, they start shaking and stuff..... :)

Maybe I should get a job at a post office just for stress relief. Anytime you get a little pissed, just look for boxes without an insured sticker and smash it. Vent all you want, just make sure it's not on anything insured.

i got my first oprder ever off the net today, it was packaged nicely, no problems at all, shipping was 2.00 bux! but i guess its just luck....

Bought it 2nd hand from a member on this forum, so no such luck. All I can say is, the whole deal with the post office stinks. Never had a problem with my packages before, but now that I have, the useless morons won't een do a thing about it except for telling me, "That's too bad". Would think that considering how badly the package was mangled, they'ld do something, but nope, they're policy is 'No insurance, tough luck'.

go damage something in their office and tell em to take it out of their insurance and if they aint got any then point and laugh at them

dude, that kinda happened to my friend with some computer parts, but he picked it up at the post station. The package was super smashed and he asked if he could get a refund. it was so smashed that the part was flat. Well, i was with him and he just swore up a storm and told them that his dad would come and talk to them (350lbs of muscle captain in the police, AKA very intimidating) if they didnt get the thing refunded or they sent for a new one. So instead of violence, go with intimidation :o)
