Actually, I think the mod is not a scam. I think it involves removing a resisitor, or bypassing it or something. If it's the same guy I am thinking of, I saw it somewere in German, so I couldn't understand it. I just saw a picture. I don't remember where.

i got the same email and i did some research and found the same ad on a website somewhere and i clicked on it and it said somethin like this, " place the mini rc in your hand and hit it as hard as you can into the air and make it land in a trash can, now it has incredible speed and acceleration." i dont know how i found it but i was gonna buy it too. So dont buy it.
