On the weekend i was driving my epoch for a while in my basement, and it suddenly started to slow down. I tried turning the front wheels and barley could because they were full of hair, so i found out a way to clean them.

Step 1:
Take out the front wheels.

Step 2:
Find the steel piece that sticks out of the axle and use needle nose pliers and grip them tight.

Step 3:When you have the steel rod gripped, hold the wheel tight and spin it, you feel it loose resistance, then begin to pull and twist and it should come off.

Now take all the crap off and push the rod back onto axle, attach them and your done! This has saved all of my epochs!
