I'm thinking about selling one of my 1/20 scale vintage 2wd baja-bugs on ebay. I have a Salute that's never been opened and an Ultima built with top-of-the-line electronics that I purchased new for the kit I built (Novak Spy, an XXL FM receiver, a couple of sub-micro receivers I found that fit well, and a faster than stock BB motor made for the car). The car is blazing fast and powerful. It easily tore through my back yard through grass and bumpy ruts-too fast for indoors at full throttle. I also have a Kyosho Overland- no matter how many mods you put on the Overland, it's just no comparison. I took out all the electronics to refit them but never had time to complete work on the car. Is there any interest in these cars. I would'nt sell the Salute for any less than $170.00. The Ultima I would probably sell for $120.00 w/o electronics and $200.00 with electronics. Also may sell my rc10b4 w/ LRP F1 Pro reverse and Modified Cameleon motor. I use these cars with an Airtronics MX-3 Radio that I'll sell as well - though I have'nt seen any used b4 selling on ebay.

I was waiting for auto email to let me know if someone replied-never got one after the first reply.
Here are portions of the picture I took. I used a 5 megapixel camera and have not figured out how to downsize the image yet w/o having to download some software. I have not put any of these rc items on ebay yet.

If I do list on ebay, it will be this weekend before I have time to list anything.

As for performance, it would depend on how much you tinker with it. I'm not sure what you would compare it to. It's like having a small scale buggy. Handling is really precise. It is hard to flip it. It goes really fast with the stock motor. I have an overland too and its kind of like comparing a full scale buggy to an overland, except imagine a small scale buggy. In other words, the baja bugs perform more like large scale buggies than like overlands. Its hard to compare, as it depends on your application, but it outperforms in every aspect. I would say in terms of scale performance its comparable to 1:18 micros, except it performs like a buggy would. If I have time this weekend, I could make a video clip.
