I openned my zz today, OMG, it scared the heck out of me.
What's the thing with those hair-thin copper wires hanging
around inside?

Anyway, is there any very very basic guide for non-EE folks
out there? I am not looking to mod yet but I just wanted to
know how the little thing works and hows the different wires
are connected.

Thanks!

They are pretty basic when you get to know them... steering is digital (on/off) throttle is also like this.. The steering works off of coils that when turned on draws the magnet over. The thin wires that you see are for the steering and connect to the pcb with solder..

Hmm, how do you remove the board without breaking those
wires? and how do you connect those tiny wires if you break
it? man this is scary.

Very carefully... Take your time in there. Don't be in a hurry. If for some reason you break a wire, you can put it back if you know how to solder and have a iron... It's not as scary when you have 3 or 4 cars to work with...

Those copper wires are VERY sensitive to anything, dont touch them unless its necessary. the Pcb board isnt that advanced, just a big chip
