Hi Donut,

What kind of ball diff are you using for your Kawada to fit the mini z bodies? Is it Overland diffs?

Did you finish this F40? Keep up the good work.

Hi poordoc,

I used a Mini-Z MR02 balldiff. You can use the Overland balldiff too if you want a wider track. The tires are Kawada foams sanded down to size (I like the traction).

Glad you like it. I've been really busy lately so nope, not finished:D

Donut, do they sell that noseplate on its own? I finally fitted the S2000 body that I got with the kit, the scale model BMW body never stayed on right. I'm also running the 1/2 AAA batts form the Sonic racer, so IT FLIES!! Next up I'm hoping to either put the internals of the mini-z-a-bb into the stock can, or find a can that has the holes predrilled so that I can mount it.

Happy days!!

Just drill holes on the can then solder nuts inside. That's what I do. Not as hard as it sounds really. I can post step-by-step pics if anybody's interested.
